Youtube video glitch (block noise) with 0.2.2

After latest update from 7350c59e to 1f7a7e8a the following video in YouTube appears with block noise. Previous version of dav1d did not have it. It is always reproducible. It is win 10 x86_64. The link for the video at the point of the glitch is:

Please note that in order to be served av1 video reliable in youtube you have to go to https://www.youtube.com/testtube and enable "Always Prefer AV1" instead of default "Auto".
