Segfaulting on macOS 10.15

Trying to use dav1d 0.5.0 or the latest commit 62fcd0cb19d2fe46af7541d8185de86d45d58697 results in segfaults when trying to play AV1 videos with ffplay. I've tried using both ffmpeg 4.2.1 and the latest commit 4f4334bcbcf177739fc0e159683408aeed66edc5. Using dav1d 0.4.0 works flawlessly on both versions of ffmpeg.

I've been asking around on the IRC and @j-b says it has to do with a regression in Xcode 11. This is the link he shared. My version of Xcode is 11.1.

Here are the results of trying to run the latest commit of dav1d in a debugger.
