Please make previous/next buttons navigate chapters

Description

Some of my audio library has chapters. It would be really awesome if, while using Android Auto, I could navigate those chapters using my vehicle's previous/next buttons.

Expected behavior

The previous/next chapter buttons, probably on the app, but especially as these functions are activated via Android Auto (particularly, vehicle hardware buttons), should advance to the previous or next chapter in my playlist. The current behavior of 'previous' to go to the previous file iff in the first few seconds of the current file should be retained, but it should go to the last chapter of the previous file. Otherwise, it should go to the beginning of the current chapter, unless within the first few seconds thereof, in which case it should go to the previous chapter. 'Next' should go to the next file iff the current file is in the last chapter, otherwise it should go to the next chapter in the current file.

I'm not sure this should be the only behavior; I'm okay with it being optional and disabled by default. However, based on the forums, there seem to be at least a modest number of people using VLC for podcasts and/or audiobooks that would benefit from this.

I don't know if this would be applicable to TV; does that already have separate, dedicated buttons for chapter vs. file previous/next? If not, then it would probably be even more useful there, as long videos are likely to have chapters.
