"Check for Update..." menu item on macOS is not consistent with other platforms

This is a minor issue, but the "Check for Update..." menu item on macOS doesn't appear to be idiomatic. Other macOS applications (iTerm, 1Password, Visual Studio Code, etc.) use "Check for Updates...".

For other platforms, VLC appears to be correct using Check for Updates.... On macOS, for the menu interface it is Check For Update... and in the code it is Check for Update....

For it to be changed, I assume it would need to be duplicated first in Transifex?
