Delay In Video After Jump with 3.0.14
Somes users (see The VideoLAN forums) have the same problem "I just updated to 3.0.14 and I noticing a much longer delay in the video starting after jumping forward more than just a few seconds. The audio starts immediately but the video takes a good 4 or 5 seconds before it begins to play. I was playing the exact same files in the previous version and this was not happening. Sometimes the delay can be as long as 7 or 8 seconds. It also does not matter what quality the video is. It happened with large, high res videos and smaller, lower res videos. Has anyone else noticed this? Running on Windows 10 with all the latest updates. Update: Downgrading to 3.0.11 immediately fixed this issue and there is barely any delay when jumping or seeking with the slider."
