Potential Variant of LUA Throttling Issue Now Occurring as of 01/31/22

A potential variant to the LUA throttling issue from 2021 (ticket #26174 (closed)) may now be occurring starting on 01/31/22. Videos will hang up repeatedly during the course of a minute and then proceed normally. The events repeat themselves continually. The Network Stream function is being used in VLC 3.0.16. Latest version of youtube.lua is being used (version from 11/26/21). The URL links will play without interruption using the Chrome browser.
