Output modules\Direct3D11 - crash on Windows 7

Instruction for reproducing the bug in 3.0.18 (both x32 & x64).

1. Tools
2. Preferences
3. Show settings: All
4. Video\Output modules
5. Direct3D11

The crash occurs at the moment of selecting Direct3D11. Selecting any other module does not cause crash.

The issue does not occur in the previous version - 3.0.17.4 (both x32 & x64). Tested on Windows 7 x64.
