Extra Interface Settings added

This merge request adds Interface Page in the Extra Settings Section. Closes #4 (closed)

Key points to be discussed on:-

• Images with a shadow or without a shadow - With shodow requires some Image editing beforehand or some styling afterhand, without shadows merges image boundary, so solution can be use a border or dark theme image
• Some work required in audio section (doing + needs some direction)
• length of the description (any improvements?)

P.S - I noticed no option for Hindi in Set Locale. I offer to add this after the project ends. If you think this is okay then may I open an issue for this in VLC for Android repo?
