VLCLibrary: Remove --no-stats

After some benchmarks, the performance seems to be unaffected by the change.

  • No changes with iPhone 6s (A9 device, iOS 13.3)
  • No changes with iPhone 4s (oldest supported device with A5, iOS 9.3.6)
