utils/dolbyvision: ignore brightness metadata for profile 4

quietvoid requested to merge quietvoid/libplacebo:profile4_metadata into master

As the reshaping is not done, setting the brightness metadata causes issues as the image still has SDR characteristics.

Fixes https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/issues/11350

It might still be worth looking into whether there's a bug or not that causes tone mapping even though the colorspace is SDR.
