Set the METADATA_KEY_DURATION to a negative value when the length is zero.

Description

If media length is zero, return a negative value to indicate unknown/infinite duration

How Has This Been Tested?

Several streaming internet radio stations were used with both the desktop-head-unit emulator and a physical head unit.
