vout: ignore RenderPicture() failure

Romain Vimont requested to merge rom1v/vlc:ignore_failure into master

Even if RenderPicture() returns an error, this is not a reason to increase the deadline of the next rendering.

These 2 tiny commits were parts of !1176 (closed), but are independent, so I submit them as a separate MR.
