[3.0] vout/opengl: Add display color correction from icc profile file

Add display color correction from icc profile provided by user:

  • Correction done by 3D color LUT in opengl (requires GLSL >= 3.3 )
  • Building of the LUT from icc file and video format reported by VLC using LittleCMS API
  • GUI section added to OpenGL/Libplacebo configuration
