contrib: add share directory to PKG_CONFIG_PATH, add XORG url variable

Johannes Kauffmann requested to merge JohannesKauffmann/vlc2:contrib-share-pkgconfig into master

This is needed for contribs that install .pc files in share/pkgconfig, like xorg-macros and xcb-proto since 1.16.

Also add XORG url variable to unify the X download url's.
