core: remove input_item event manager
Mostly internal changes to adapt input_item events to vlc_player and parsers events.
No major LibVLC event changes, except a few deprecations, that will be removed in !3503
On top of !4709 (merged), review starting at the following commit: input_item: remove vlc_InputItemInfoChanged event
