meson: port test changes for Qt

Alexandre Janniaux requested to merge alexandre-janniaux/vlc:qt-tests/1 into master

Automake had some changes to its test infrastructure in order to add a new test and change the way the qml tests were made. This MR applies the same changes to the meson port.
