[3.0 backport] doc/libvlc: add appkit_player demo code

The sample code demonstrate how to bind an NSView to a media player to integrate video playback in a Cocoa application.

Cherry-picked from 60fcef78.

The sample is interesting to have in the 3.0 tree to test things like !4974 (merged) directly.
