contrib: qt: update to 6.7.1 from 6.7.0

Qt 6.7.1 is a patch release that was released today. It includes minor changes but also contains @mstorsjo's fixes.

Tested on Windows 7 and 10. None of the patches need to be changed, except I had to enable mdiarea feature for the modern Windows style.
