contrib: update rav1e and rust toolchain

Tested that the .rav1e target was buildable for each of these commits with:

git rebase --interactive origin/master --exec='git clean -dfx && cd contrib && mkdir -p leenux && cd leenux && ../bootstrap && make .rav1e'
